Please use the Royal Mail Returns label enclosed in the original courier, alternatively please click on the below link to generate Royal Mail returns label.
- You can either print the label directly from the portal or ask Royal Mail to bring the returns label with them on the day of the collection.
- Please pack the item in the mailer bag, attach the label clearly at the front of the mailer bag. Please make sure you remove or cover any old labels if you recycling the same mailer bag. take it to the nearest post office or ask for collection.
