Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 4-5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. twillactive.com does not accept returns for third-party retailers.
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refunds. however do get in touch with us on email@example.com if you require any further support.
